We began as a demolition and site clean-up company when we first opened in 2000. Over the following few years we built strong working relationships with clients like Pulte Homes, Pine Knob Development and Jonathan Rose Companies. In 2002 we were approached by a current client about working in the single family rental and default space. One year later we opened a second division of the company, and within a few short years our operations expanded outside of Michigan to a national level. Today we are proud to be providing our services in 10 states, while continuing to grow and fulfill our mission of preserving and protecting homes in communities across the country.
